Welcome to Cronulla’s premiere Indoor Hitting Facility located in Caringbah.

Whether you are just a Beginner or Professional, the facility caters for all levels with more High Performance systems coming very soon.

The facility is kitted out with 3 hitting lanes with Iron Mikes, bullpen areas plus catching and agility stations.

The facility can be used for Baseball, Softball and Cricket, perfect for rainy day sessions or extra practice time.

Facilities

Iron Mike Pitching Machine

This machine throws real game quality baseballs, is fully automated and starts pitching at the press of a button. This is the perfect machine if you want to come in and hit by yourself, or with some friends.

Iron Mike pitches for 3-4 minutes per cycle, so at the end of each cycle you can swap with a friend or press the button and start hitting again.

This machine is set at an adjustable speed.

Grand Slam Facility

3 Full Length, Fully Enclosed Batting Cages.

2 Iron Mike Cages Loaded with Real Baseballs

An Oversized Toss Drill/Tee Hitting Area including sock nets

Full Length Bull-Pen Area, For Pitcher/Catcher Training

Helmets are required which we can provide, however please bring your own bat and glove.
